The 50p FairTickets fee applies automatically when the individual ticket price is £10 or less.
Tickets over £10

A £20 ticket and a £100 ticket both carry the same £1 FairTickets fee.
Charity events

Reduced pricing for approved events supporting registered charities, regardless of the ticket price.
Charity involvement must be verified and approved by FairTickets before this rate is applied.

FairTickets does not take a bigger fee simply because your tickets cost more. Our fee is fixed at 50p or £1 per ticket, so organisers keep more of the money they earn.
The price you see is the price you pay.
Fans pay exactly the ticket price the organiser advertises. Our fee and payment processing come out of that amount — they are never added on at checkout.
Stripe payment-processing fees are separate and are shown clearly. FairTickets does not add hidden platform charges and does not take commission on merchandise sales.
